Zoom
This article gathers how Zoom works with JourneyCARE: hosting meetings and broadcasts, capturing attendance, storing attendance history, and bringing webinar data into the system.
Automatic attendance capture
Automatic capture of Zoom meeting attendance is not currently a JourneyCARE feature.
Attendee tracking is available when using JourneyCARE's meeting features as follows:
Go Live hosts live meetings and broadcasts inside a Community. An interactive session runs through a Meeting Room, and a broadcast is streamed from RTMP-capable software, which can include Zoom as the streaming input. See Use Go Live to host Community meetings and broadcasts.
Attendance at in-person events is captured through the Events app in the mobile app, by scanning each attendee's QR code or checking them in manually. Online events show an attendee list but do not offer check-in. See Check in attendees at an in-person event.
Stored attendance history
For organizations that need to collect and store attendance history, we recommend using custom fields and automations. These can be filtered to create smart lists and reports.
Zoom webinar data intake
Contact data from Zoom participants can reach JourneyCARE through three paths:
a CSV import under Contacts > Import (see Import contacts)
an integration partner like Zapier or Make (see Connect Zapier)
private integrations through API (see private integrations)
Committee dashboards and attendance thresholds are covered in Zoom attendance and committee health.
