Run bulk actions on contacts

Bulk actions let you manage large groups of contacts at once instead of one by one, for example adding them to an automation, sending them a text message or email, or adding tags.

Run a bulk action on contacts

Start from Contacts, apply filters to narrow the list, then select the contacts you want to act on.

1. Navigate to Contacts.

2. Apply filters to narrow down your audience.

3. Select the checkboxes next to your chosen contacts.

4. Click a bulk action button, such as Add to Automation, Send SMS, or Send Email.

Bulk action examples

The bulk action button offers actions such as adding contacts to an automation, sending a text message, sending an email, and adding tags.

• Add to Automation — add the selected contacts to an automation.

• Send SMS — send a text message to the selected contacts.

• Send Email — send an email to the selected contacts.

• Adding tags — add tags to the selected contacts.
