Create custom contact fields from Settings > Custom Fields to capture exactly the information you find valuable, for more precise targeting.

Create a custom field

Set up the field from Settings > Custom Fields by choosing a type, filling in the details, and saving.

1. Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields.

2. Click Add Field.

3. Select the type of field you need.

4. Fill in the field details (name, group, placeholder, etc.).

5. Click Save.

Map custom fields during an import

When importing contacts, columns that hold non-standard data can be mapped to a new custom field.
