Add and manage images, video, and media

Upload and replace images, edit them in the page editor, manage files in the Media Library, add video, and use built-in stock photos.

Replace or upload an image

Click an image on the page, choose Replace Image, then select Upload to browse your computer and upload a file.

1. Click the image you want to change.

2. Choose Replace Image.

3. Select Upload.

4. Browse your computer and upload the file.

The image is stored in your Media Library for future use.

Edit an image in the editor

You can edit images in JourneyCARE without Canva. After you select an image, choose the edit (pencil) icon.

Available tools include:

• Crop

• Filters

• Positioning

The editor creates a new copy rather than changing your original upload.

Open the Media Library

Open the Media Library from CMS → Media Manager.

The Media Library stores:

• Uploaded images

• Uploaded videos

• Documents

• Stock photos available within the editor

Add a video

Open Elements, drag the Video widget onto the page, then choose a video source.

1. Open Elements.

2. Drag the Video widget onto the page.

3. Choose one of these options:

   • YouTube

   • Vimeo

   • Upload your own video

   • Select an existing video

4. Adjust the design settings if needed.

Use stock photos

The Media Library includes royalty-free stock photos you can search by keyword.

Search terms you can try include:

• Leadership

• Conference

• Volunteers

• Education

You may also upload your own licensed images.
