Delegate access to GoDaddy
Give JourneyCARE access to your GoDaddy account by inviting the name and email address support provides, with Domains Only permission, so we can manage your DNS and publish your new JourneyCARE website to your organization's domain.
Invite JourneyCARE to your GoDaddy account
Use this process when JourneyCARE asks you to delegate GoDaddy access so we can publish your website to your organization's domain.
Log in to your GoDaddy account and click your name in the top-right corner.
Select Account Settings.
In the left navigation, select Delegate Access, completing GoDaddy's two-factor verification first if it's requested.
Under People who can access my account, click Invite to Access.
Enter the name and email address JourneyCARE support provided for the invitation.
Set the access level to Domains Only.
Click Invite.
Domains Only gives us what we need to manage your DNS. It is the only access level we require.
What happens next
JourneyCARE receives the email invitation. Once we accept it, we can access your domain, make the DNS changes needed, and publish your new JourneyCARE website to your organization's domain.
