Restore a previous version of your website

Restore the entire website to an earlier saved version from More > Settings > Site Backup. Every time you republish the site, JourneyCARE saves a version you can preview in a new tab and restore later.

Open Site Backup

Site Backup lists every version saved when you republished the site, and the list goes back quite a ways.

1. Open the website editor. See Access the website editor if you need the path.

2. Click More in the side panel, then Settings.

3. Click Site Backup.

Each saved version shows the date it was saved and has Preview, Restore, and Delete controls.

Preview a saved version

Preview opens the earlier version in a new browser tab so you can confirm it is the version you want before you restore it.

1. Click Preview beside the version you want to check.

2. Click Preview in new tab in the Site version preview dialog.

3. Review the earlier version in the new tab, then return to Site Backup.

Restore a saved version

Restore returns the entire website to the selected version; restoring just a single page is not supported.

1. Click Restore beside the version you previewed.

2. Confirm the restore if you are prompted to.

The entire website is returned to that version.
