Yes. Add multiple conditions and choose AND or OR logic to narrow or broaden results.
Filter Opportunities
Filtering narrows the opportunities list or board to only the opportunities that match conditions you choose. To start, open a pipeline and click Advanced Filter to combine fields like Owner, Status, or Date with operators such as "is" or "greater than," letting you focus on the right deals for review and pipeline analysis.
By default, a pipeline shows only Open opportunities. If you cannot find an opportunity, make sure the correct filters and search are applied.
Why filter opportunities
Filtering helps your team work faster and more accurately across the pipeline.
Faster reviews — Quickly isolate deals by owner, stage movement, or recent activity.
Better prioritization — Focus on Open or recently updated opportunities to plan outreach.
Higher accuracy — Use operators like equals, not equals, empty, and not empty to avoid missed edge cases.
Deeper insights — Slice by value, source, and custom fields to analyze pipeline quality.
Cleaner workflows — Save time switching views by dialing in exactly what you need to see.
Filter logic: AND and OR
Each filter you add uses either AND or OR logic, which controls how multiple conditions combine.
AND — Every condition must be met for an opportunity to appear.
OR — At least one condition must be met for an opportunity to appear.
Switch between AND and OR using the toggle at the top right of the filter sidebar. Click Add nested filter to add an AND condition, or click Add Filter to add an OR condition.
For example, combine Owner = a specific person AND Status = Open to focus on that rep's active deals. Combine Status = Won OR Status = Lost to review closed outcomes only.
Standard filters
The following fields are available whenever you filter opportunities.
Filter | Options and operators |
|---|---|
Owner | Select one or more owners, or use "me" to dynamically match the logged-in viewer. |
Followers | Select one or more followers, or use "me" to dynamically match the logged-in viewer. |
Status | Open, Won, Lost, Abandoned. |
Opportunity Source | Operators: is, is not, is empty, is not empty. Enter the value as needed. |
Campaign Type | Search and select a campaign type if used. |
Opportunity Value | Operators: equal to, not equal to, less than, greater than, is empty, is not empty. Enter a numeric value. |
Date-based filters
Date filters narrow opportunities by when something happened — stage movement, status changes, creation, updates, or win/loss. Each date filter supports the same set of presets and operators.
Date filter | What it tracks |
|---|---|
Last Stage Change Date | Movement between pipeline stages. |
Last Status Change Date | Lifecycle outcome changes (Open, Won, Lost, Abandoned). |
Created On | When the opportunity was created. |
Updated On | When the opportunity was last updated. |
Opportunity Won On | When the opportunity was won. |
Opportunity Lost On | When the opportunity was lost. |
Available operators and presets for every date filter: Is, Is Not, Yesterday, Today, This Week, Last Week, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, Custom, In the Next, In the Last, Less Than, More Than.
Some date operators support relative time values. For example, you can set a condition like "In the next 10 days" or "In the last 2 weeks," or use a fixed date when needed.
Custom fields and tags
Any custom field you add to opportunities becomes available in filters, with operators that match its data type.
Client Type — Operators: is, is not (for example: buyer, seller).
Efficiency Rating — Operators: =, not equal, less than, greater than, is empty, is not empty.
Favorite Pet — Text or list field.
Tags — Filter by tags such as difficulty or type.
Time Tracked — Available as a filterable field.
Make sure each custom field's type is set correctly (number versus text) so the right operators appear when filtering.
