Resend a misplaced certificate
You can get a certificate back to a recipient from the member portal, from the admin Certificates list, or by reissuing it through a workflow.
Download from the member portal
If the recipient has portal access, they can download any issued certificate from their account settings.
Log in to the portal.
Select the profile photo or initials at the top right, then choose Manage Account.
Open Certificates in Account Settings.
Find the certificate, open the three-dot menu on its row, and choose Preview.
Download the certificate from the preview screen.
Certificates download as PDF, PNG, or JPG. PDF suits professional printing and high-quality documents, PNG is a high-quality image format with transparency, and JPG suits email, websites, and social media sharing. To share a certificate instead, find it in the list and click Copy Link to copy its URL to the clipboard.
Send the certificate URL as an administrator
Administrators can open a previously issued certificate and share its preview URL with the recipient.
In the left navigation, go to Portal & Groups.
Open Certificates in the top navigation.
Search by the recipient’s name. The list shows the most recent 30 days by default; adjust the time period if the certificate is older.
Open the three-dot menu on the certificate row and choose Preview.
Copy the URL on the preview page and send it to the recipient.
Reissue through a workflow
You can also place the recipient back into the original certificate workflow, or create a new workflow whose only action is to issue the certificate.
Only re-run the original workflow if the other actions in it are safe to run again. Reissuing sets the issuance date to the current date. If the original issuance date must stay the same, use the administrator preview URL instead.
