Create a certificate with Certificate AI

Certificate AI Beta turns a plain-language description of a certificate into a complete, editable design you can refine in the Certificate Builder. It creates the initial design; the Certificate Builder is where you edit, preview, save, and prepare it for use.

Generate a design from a prompt

Open Portal and Groups > Credentials and describe the certificate you want. Start from a quick prompt for Course completion, Milestone achieved, Event participation, or Training completed, or write your own description covering the purpose, style, organization name, recipient information, signer, orientation, wording, and QR verification requirements.

Certificate AI asks a follow-up question when it needs more information, such as whether the certificate should be portrait or landscape. Answer it, and Certificate AI generates a complete design.

Review and edit the generated design

Review the generated certificate before you issue it. Check the wording, recipient fields, dates, organization name, signer information, QR verification, orientation, and layout.

The generated design opens in the Certificate Builder, where you can continue editing text, frames, signatures, QR codes, and other elements before saving, previewing, or sending it. For the full set of builder controls, see Design a Certificate.

Issue the certificate

Certificate AI creates the design; it does not issue or email the certificate itself. Use your existing certificate workflows to deliver it, such as Automatically send a certificate or Send a certificate manually.
