Close or shut off a form
You can close a form so it stops accepting submissions, and you can schedule when a form opens and closes. Both are set on the form's Settings tab using Schedule form visibility.
Schedule when a form opens and closes
Schedule form visibility lets you choose when a form is live and decide what visitors see before it opens and after it closes. This is useful for time-limited applications, registrations, and surveys.
Go to Sites > Forms and open the form's builder.
Open the Settings tab.
Toggle on Schedule form visibility.
Choose when the form opens: Right away or Pick a date.
Choose when the form closes: Never or Pick a date.
Select the timezone for the schedule.
Choose what happens before the form opens: show a page or open a link.
Choose what happens after the form closes: show a page or open a link.
Preview the page visitors will see when the form is unavailable.
The form automatically starts accepting submissions at the opening time and stops accepting them at the closing time. Once it is closed, visitors who open it see the page or link you selected for the closed state instead of the form.
Reopen a closed form
To make a closed form accept submissions again, return to Settings and adjust the schedule dates, or toggle off Schedule form visibility to keep the form live without a schedule.
