Viewing Form Submissions
Every time someone submits a JourneyCARE form, their information is stored for future reference. The Form Submissions area lets you review responses, verify registrations, troubleshoot issues, and export data for reporting or analysis.
Opening Submission History
View responses for a form from Sites > Forms.
Navigate to Sites > Forms.
Open the desired form.
Select Submissions.
You'll see a history of every completed submission for that form. Each submission includes information such as:
Submission date
Contact information
Responses entered
Payment details (when applicable)
Reviewing Individual Submissions
Click any submission to view the complete response. This is useful when:
Answering member questions
Confirming registrations
Reviewing applications
Verifying information before approvals
If the form updates contact fields, those changes may also appear on the contact's record.
Filtering by Date
As forms receive more submissions, finding specific responses becomes more difficult. Use the Date Filter to narrow results. Examples include:
Today's submissions
This week
Last month
Custom date ranges
Date filters make it much easier to locate specific registrations or troubleshoot recent activity.
Exporting Form Data
Submission data can also be exported. Exports are useful for:
Reporting
Committee review
External analysis
Sharing responses with staff
Creating backups
Depending on your workflow, exported files may include all submission data or only selected fields. Always review exported information before sharing it, especially if it contains personal or financial information.
When to Review Submissions
Many organizations regularly review submissions for:
Membership applications
Event registrations
Sponsorship requests
Volunteer applications
Scholarship applications
Contact requests
Checking submissions regularly helps ensure requests don't go unnoticed.
Best Practices
Review new submissions routinely.
Use date filters when searching older responses.
Export only when necessary.
Protect exported files containing personal information.
Verify payment information when applicable.
Common Mistakes
Looking at contact records instead of the original submission
Forgetting to apply date filters
Exporting outdated information
Sharing exported files without reviewing them first
