Sell products with price levels and variants in forms and surveys
The Sell Products element now uses a unified payment configuration panel on the right side of the form or survey builder, where you connect a payment provider and configure products, price levels, and variants in one place. Customers pick their preferred pricing and product options before submitting, and the selection carries through checkout, invoicing, and payment processing.
Configure the payment panel
Open the Payment panel from the Sell Products element to connect a payment provider, choose the products to offer, and configure price and variant options without leaving the builder.
Add the Sell Products element to a form or survey. See Add products to a form for where the element lives in the builder.
Open the Payment panel on the right side of the builder.
Connect a payment provider from the panel if one is not already connected.
Select the products to offer.
Configure the available Price Level and Variant Selection options. These are available for supported products with multiple prices or variant configurations.
What customers see
Customers choose their preferred price level and product variants before submitting the form or survey. The selected configuration shows in the payment summary and carries through checkout, invoicing, and payment processing. Required price and variant selections are validated before submission. The experience works on desktop and mobile.
Existing forms keep working
Existing payment settings remain fully supported, and existing forms and surveys continue to work exactly as before. Nothing changes unless you update a form or survey's payment configuration. For other ways to collect payments on a form, see Collect payments in forms, including donations.
