Why can't I enable bump products on a form

Bump products stay inactive until a main product is also present on the form. Add the main product first, then the bump product becomes available.

1. Open your form in the Form Builder and select the Sell Products element.

2. Click Add Product and choose Main Product as the product type. If the product doesn't exist yet, use the create-product link in the product selector to set it up.

3. Click Add Product again, select your product, and choose Bump Product as the product type.

Order bumps work on forms that include the Sell Products element. Add it to the form, then add your main product and bump product through it.

1. Open your form in the Form Builder.

2. From Quick Add under Payments, drag the Sell Products element onto the canvas.

3. Click Add Product and add a main product first, then the bump product.

Only one product per form can be recurring: either the main product or a single bump product, never both. If the main product is recurring, use a bump product that is not, and the other way around.
