Collect payments in forms, including donations
The Payment element in a form collects payments and donations directly on the form. Add it from the form builder, then choose how people pay: suggested donation amounts, a user-defined amount, recurring donations, or manual (offline) payment options.
Add the Payment element
The Payment element is under the Integrations section in Add Element in the form builder.
Open the form in the form builder.
Click Add Element.
Under Integrations, select the Payment element.
Select the element and open its settings panel on the right to configure how payments are collected.
Online payments are processed through the gateways you have connected, such as Stripe, Authorize.net, and NMI. See Supported payment providers and methods by product area for which gateways work with form payments.
To sell products instead of collecting donations, see Add products to the payment element in forms. To let payers apply coupon codes to the payment, see Enable coupons on a payment form.

Collect donations
Donors can choose from suggested amounts in their preferred currency, enter their own amount, or set up a recurring donation.
To offer suggested amounts, open the payment element's settings, add up to 15 suggested amounts, and select a currency from the dropdown.

Enable Other Amount so donors can give an amount that isn't listed, and customize the label shown when a user selects an amount.
Suggested amount styling automatically matches the form's theme.
When suggested amounts are not used, User-Defined Amount is enabled automatically and donors enter their own amount. A placeholder can be added to guide the entry.
For recurring donations, add the Custom Amount element, enable the Recurring Payment toggle, and choose the available billing frequencies: Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. Donors choose an amount and frequency, subscribe once, and payments recur automatically.
Collect manual (offline) payments
Accept offline payments with Cash on Delivery (COD) or Custom Payment Methods such as bank transfers, checks, or other offline arrangements.
Go to Payments > Integrations > Manual Payment Methods.
Enable Cash on Delivery or Custom Payment Methods.
Configure the descriptions and post-purchase messages.
Make sure manual payment options are enabled for Forms and Surveys.
When a product is added to a form or survey, the manual payment option appears automatically in the payment selection.
When a form is submitted with a manual payment selected, the order appears in Payments > Orders with an initial status of Pending. Mark the order as Paid and select a payment mode — Cash, Card, Check, Bank transfer, or other modes. The updated payment status syncs automatically with Form Submissions.
Track payments
Payment details appear in the form's submission data, and full transaction history lives under Payments > Transactions.
View payment details directly in the form submission data. Under Payments > Transactions, payment details can be exported and status shows in real time, including Successful and Pending.
To start an automation when a payment is received, use the Payment Received workflow trigger.
Email notifications for payments
Payment-enabled forms support autoresponders and email notifications that include the payment amount and payment status.
Enable the Auto Responder and Email Notification from the form's notification settings. For payment-enabled forms, the emails include the payment amount and payment status alongside the standard submission details.
Limitations
The Payment element has these documented limitations.
NMI and Authorize.net require First Name as a mandatory field on the form.
Refunds are not supported at this time.
The old API-based Stripe Connect method is no longer supported.
In calendars with custom form payments, the Payment element will not display.
Multi-payments across multiple forms in funnels are not yet supported.
Undo/Redo is not available with the Payment element.
