Filter workflows by available product quantity
Available Quantity works as both a workflow filter and a custom value for the Abandoned Cart and Order Fulfilled triggers, so a workflow can start on how much of a product your organization still has in stock, then act on that number or pass it along as a custom value in later actions.
Add the Available Quantity filter
Set the filter on the Abandoned Cart or Order Fulfilled trigger. Because it is nested, each trigger asks you to pick a product and a price before the quantity condition appears.
Open Automations > Workflows and open the workflow.
Click Add New Trigger and select either Abandoned Cart or Order Fulfilled. For how triggers fit into a workflow, see Workflow triggers.
In the workflow filters, add Global Products, then select a single Price.
Configure Available Quantity with the condition you need and a numeric value.
The filter sits on a Global Products > Price > Available Quantity path, so the available quantity is evaluated for the one product price you selected.
Use Available Quantity as a custom value
After the filter is set, Available Quantity and Price become available as custom values inside supported workflow actions. Insert them where you need the current stock level or the price of the selected product, such as in a notification or message to your team.
Current limits
In this first iteration, the filter accepts one value at a time:
Available Quantity supports only a single Price per filter, so it evaluates one product price, not several.
The condition takes a single numeric quantity value.
Price and Available Quantity are not yet available in If/Else blocks.
To manage stock levels that this filter reads, see Manage product inventory.
