Restore a deleted workflow
Restore a deleted workflow from the workflow list's Deleted tab by selecting Restore for that workflow. Only Location and Agency Admins can restore workflows.
Restore the workflow
Use this procedure when a deleted workflow is still within its restoration window and you need to recover its configuration.
Open the workflow list.
Select the Deleted tab to view deleted workflows.
Select Restore for the workflow you want to recover.
The restored workflow returns at the root level and in Draft status. It does not retain its former permission placement.
Check permissions and timing
Only Location and Agency Admins can use workflow restoration.
A deleted workflow becomes available to restore 30 minutes after deletion.
Deleted workflows remain available in the Deleted tab for 30 days.
You cannot delete a restored workflow again for 48 hours.
After a location transfer, deleted workflows from the previous location are not shown; the deleted-workflow list shows the deleted workflows from the new location.
What restoration preserves
Restoration retains the workflow's original triggers, actions, and configurations.
Contact information in the workflow's enrollment history and execution logs remains intact. You can review those records in Workflow History and Logs.
What restoration does not restore
Contacts who were in the workflow when it was deleted are not restored.
Contacts waiting at a step are removed from that execution.
