Undo, redo, and review recent workflow changes
The workflow builder gives you three controls for recovering from editing mistakes in your current session: Undo reverses your most recent change, Redo reapplies it, and Recent Changes lists your edits so you can jump back to any point.
What Undo and Redo do
Undo reverses the most recent tracked canvas action, and Redo reapplies it if you change your mind. Toolbar buttons for Undo and Redo are available on the workflow canvas, and both actions have keyboard shortcuts.

Jump to an earlier point with Recent Changes
Recent Changes shows a chronological list of your recent edits and lets you jump the canvas to a specific point in the current editing session.
Click Recent Changes on the canvas and select an entry from the list to move the canvas to that state.
Use Undo, Redo, and Recent Changes
Undo, Redo, and Recent Changes work on any workflow you open in the builder. For the basics of triggers, actions, and publishing, see Workflows Overview.
Open Automations > Workflows.
Create a new workflow or open an existing one to edit on the canvas.
Add or modify steps or settings on the canvas.
Use the Undo or Redo toolbar buttons, or the matching keyboard shortcut from the table above.
Click Recent Changes and select an entry to jump to that point in time.
Session limits and Version History
Change history is session-based: it resets when you leave the editor or refresh the browser, and it never includes other editors' changes.
History resets on exit or browser refresh, so there is no record of session edits once you leave the editor.
Undo, Redo, and Recent Changes track only your own edits. Other editors' changes are not part of your session history, and you cannot undo another user's edits.
Restoring an older workflow version from Version History resets Undo and Redo; a new history starts from the restored state.
Undo and Redo affect only the canvas in your editor. Publishing and versioning control how your changes affect live, running workflows.
For rollback that survives your session and covers other editors' changes, use Restore a previous workflow version to bring back a saved workflow version; review workflow records in Workflow History and Logs.
