Workflow statistics
View workflow statistics from Automations by expanding an individual workflow and selecting Stats. The statistics show performance metrics for SMS and email actions and support comparisons across workflows.
Open workflow statistics
Use this path when you want to review performance for one workflow or compare it with other workflows.
From Automations, open the workflow list.
Expand the workflow you want to review with the accordion next to its name.
Select Stats.
What the statistics include
Workflow statistics provide performance metrics for SMS and email actions, including actions that were later removed from the workflow.
The available statistics cover data from January 1, 2023 onward and can be used to compare performance across workflows.
Availability
Statistics are available for individual workflows, not folders. WhatsApp and IVR are not supported.
