Workflow triggers
Workflow triggers start automations in JourneyCARE, and workflow actions run after the trigger. To choose one, open Automations > Workflows, select Add New Trigger, then search or filter the trigger picker by category.
For the basic trigger-and-action model, see Workflows Overview.

Additional trigger categories
The trigger picker also includes these categories: Affiliate, Ecommerce Stores, IVR, and Facebook/Instagram Events. The available source list does not provide named entries for these categories here.
Contact Tag trigger details
The Contact Tag trigger fires when a tag is added to or removed from a contact. Its filters can limit the trigger to Tag added or Tag removed; without a filter it fires for both.
A tag change can come from several places:
Manually from the contacts list, by selecting one or more contacts and clicking Add tag or Remove Tag.
From the Add Contact Tag and Remove Contact Tag workflow actions.
From third-party tools such as Zapier, which can add tags.
From CSV import, using a column with the
tagsheader and separating multiple tags in one cell with commas. Tags can also be added through the advanced import options. When Allow Duplicate contacts is off and the imported email and phone match an existing contact, the import can update that contact's tags.
Multiple values in trigger filters
Some trigger filters accept multiple values, and those values combine with OR behavior: the trigger executes when any one of the values matches.
For Form Submitted and Survey Submitted triggers, select multiple options directly from the dropdown.
For Contains Phrase and Exact Match filters, type a value and press Enter (or Return) to add it.
Multiple values remove the need to create several triggers to represent several filter values. For example, if five phrases are entered on a Facebook comments trigger, the trigger executes when a contact comments with any one of those phrases.
