Filter contacts by one or more Community Groups from Contacts > Smart Lists, then combine the group filter with other Smart List filters when you need a narrower list.
Filter a Smart List by Community Groups
Use the Groups filter to display contacts who belong to the Community Groups you select.
Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists.
Open Filters to view the available filtering options.
Find the Groups filter under the Client Portal section. You can also search for
communityorClient Portalto find it.Select Groups, then select one or more Community Groups.
Review the Smart List. It displays contacts who belong to the selected groups.
Combine Community Groups with other filters
