Add insight widgets to a dashboard from key pages

Add insight widgets to a JourneyCARE dashboard from key pages with the Dashboard Insights icon, without opening the dashboard first. The icon is available on the Opportunities, Appointment Report, and Call Report pages.

Supported pages

The Dashboard Insights icon is available on three pages: Opportunities, Appointment Report, and Call Report. More pages may be added in the future.

Add insight widgets from a key page

Open the flow from a supported page, choose the destination dashboard, and confirm the suggested widgets.

1. Open a supported page. Navigate to Opportunities, Appointment Report, or Call Report.

2. Open Dashboard Insights. Click the Dashboard Insights icon on the page.

3. Select the destination dashboard. Choose the dashboard that should receive the widgets.

4. Review the suggested widgets and confirm the selection.

5. Click Add to add the widgets to the dashboard.

6. View the widgets. Stay on the page or open the destination dashboard to see the added widgets.
