Embed external content on a dashboard
Embed webpages and media from other sites inside a JourneyCARE dashboard with the Embed element, available from the Elements tab in edit mode.
What embedding is
Embedding displays content from outside your sub-account on the dashboard, alongside the widgets that visualize your metrics — see Dashboard widgets overview.
Embeddable content includes webpages, Google Data Studio reports, Google Docs, slideshows, calendars, Loom videos, YouTube videos, social media posts, and feeds.
Some platforms do not allow embedding of their content and block it.
Embed content on a dashboard
Add an embed from the Elements tab while the dashboard is in edit mode, then save to apply it to the dashboard.
Enter edit mode. Open the dashboard and select the pencil edit icon in the top-right corner. See Edit a dashboard for the full workflow.
Open the Elements tab.
Select the Embed button.
Configure the embed. Enter the element's title and choose the URL or IFRAME type.
Select Save Changes to apply the element to the dashboard.
URL or IFRAME
Choose URL to embed a single page, or IFRAME to embed a complete HTML snippet.
URL — a fully qualified URL with no other content.
IFRAME — a complete iframe snippet.
In advanced settings, you can hide or show the element's title.
