Set a default dashboard

Set a dashboard as the default so it becomes the primary landing page for all JourneyCARE users when they open the dashboard area.

Before you start

You must be an Account Admin or an Agency user with FULL access to the dashboard you want to set as default. Every team member must have at least VIEW permission for that dashboard.

Set the default dashboard

Open the dashboard you want all users to see first, then assign it as the default from its three-dot menu.

1. Open the dashboard you want to set as the default.

2. In the top-right corner of the dashboard, open the three-dot menu.

3. Choose Set as Default Dashboard.

4. Confirm the change.

Understand default and pinned dashboards

A default dashboard is the primary landing page for all users. A pinned dashboard is a personal favorite that an individual user can access quickly.
