Funnel and stage distribution widgets

The Funnel Widget and Stage Distribution Widget display opportunity data, and you can switch funnels from the widget's funnel dropdown. Add them to any dashboard from the General category — see the Dashboard widgets overview for the full list of widget categories.

Prerequisites

Both widgets require the Dashboard stats permission to be enabled. Each pipeline must also be marked visible for the widget's chart type in Pipeline Settings.

• Funnel Widget — the pipeline must have Visible in Funnel Chart enabled.

• Stage Distribution Widget — the pipeline must have Visible in Pie Chart enabled.

Funnel Widget

The Funnel Widget counts opportunities by their current position in the pipeline, using the date of each opportunity's most recent status change rather than its created date.

Funnel sections are cumulative from the current stage through the final stage and include Won opportunities: the number of opportunities in a section equals every opportunity from that stage through the last stage, including Won.

Stage Distribution Widget

The Stage Distribution Widget shows open opportunities by individual stage, with Won and Lost shown separately.

Its conversion rate is the percentage of opportunities converted to the specific stage.
