Duplicate a widget on a dashboard

Duplicate a widget on a JourneyCARE dashboard to reuse a complex or repetitive widget configuration instead of rebuilding it from scratch.

Before you start

You need edit access to the dashboard that contains the widget you want to copy.

Duplicate a widget

Enter dashboard edit mode, then copy the widget from its three-dot menu.

1. Open the dashboard. Navigate to the dashboard that contains the widget you want to copy.

2. Enter edit mode. Select Edit.

3. Locate the widget you want to copy.

4. Open the widget's three-dot menu.

5. Select Duplicate. A duplicate of the widget appears on the dashboard.

6. Customize the duplicated widget.

7. Select Save to apply the change.

About the duplicated widget

The duplicate is an independent copy, so you can customize it without changing the original widget. Configure it before you save, then select Save to keep the change. To build a dashboard from scratch instead, see Create a custom dashboard.
