Opportunities widgets for dashboards
Opportunity widgets are pre-built reporting blocks that track your organization's opportunities — counts, values, and trends by status, assignee, source, pipeline, stage, and loss reason.
The opportunity widgets
JourneyCARE dashboards offer 17 opportunity widgets, each reporting on one aspect of your opportunity pipeline.

Date properties and fixed scopes
Opportunity widgets can be filtered by the date properties Created On, Updated On, and Status Change.
Status Change reflects the most recent status change, so reopening or re-losing an opportunity changes that date and can shift historical figures in date-based views.
Three widgets report on a fixed This Month scope: Won Opportunities This Month (For You), Won Opportunities Value This Month, and Won Opportunities Value This Month (For You). The two For You widgets use the logged-in user's Assigned User value, so each user sees their own results.
Filter dependencies
Some filters become available only after you set another filter first.
Lost Reason requires Status = Lost before it can be used as a filter.
Stage requires a Pipeline selection first.
Attribution filters require First Attribution or Latest Attribution before the child attribution fields become available.
Where opportunity widgets appear
Opportunity widgets are available in Dashboards and Custom Reports. For the full list of dashboard widget categories, see Dashboard widgets overview.
Data notes
Lost opportunities without a recorded loss reason appear as a blank or None segment in breakdowns.
Quick Filters combine with widget-level conditions using AND logic, so a Quick Filter narrows a widget's results instead of overriding its conditions (see Use quick filters on dashboards).
