Meta ad widgets for dashboards
Meta ad widgets are pre-built reporting blocks that bring your Meta advertising performance — spend, conversions, clicks, impressions, and reach — into a JourneyCARE dashboard. They require a Meta ad account connected through Settings > Integrations; email delivery stats need no connection (see Email widgets for dashboards).
Before you start
You need a connected Meta ad account with the correct permissions, plus Dashboards & Reports access.

Add a Meta ad widget to a dashboard
Add a Meta widget from the dashboard's edit mode. For how chart types and metrics work, see Dashboard widgets overview.
Open the dashboard you want to add the widget to, or create one (see Create a custom dashboard).
Select Edit Dashboard.
Select Add Widget.
Choose a chart type: Numeric, Donut, Line, Bar, or Table.
Select the Meta Ads category.
Apply campaign, metric, date-range, theme, or color settings in the widget panel (see Customize a dashboard widget for the full range of options).
Select Save.
Add Meta widgets to a custom report
Meta widgets are also available in custom reports, which you can send or schedule.
Go to Reporting > Custom Reports.
Select New Report.
Select Add Widget/Element.
Drag Meta widgets into the report layout.
Select Send or Schedule.
Why a Meta ad widget shows no data
A Meta ad widget can display blank when the date range is narrow, the campaign filters are too restrictive, no ad account is eligible, or the required Meta permissions are missing.
Disabling the integration stops data display but preserves the widget layout and its settings.
