We align the project before anyone begins building: we review what the JourneyCARE team is building, and what your trained administrators will complete after their training. What to send immediately after kickoff
Complete these six items right after the session so our team has everything it needs to start building.
Provide access to current website areas that are not publicly visible.
Send an initial data export or sample.
Identify which fields belong in the public directory and which belong in the member-only directory.
Provide a representative email example and certificate examples.
Confirm who will attend each process build session.
