Your JourneyCARE Migration Journey
Welcome to JourneyCARE! This guide explains the four stages of your migration, what our team does at each stage, what your team does, and where to find detailed checklists. A successful migration depends on clear expectations, timely decisions, and shared accountability, and this page is your map for the whole journey.
The journey at a glance
Your migration moves through four stages. At the end, your organization will have a connected environment for managing relationships, communications, transactions, events, learning, member access, and the everyday processes that support your mission.
Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
1. The Preparation | Gather essentials, identify decision-makers, and protect time for the project. |
2. The Kickoff | Confirm scope, timing, responsibilities, and how project communication will work. |
3. The Build | Four areas of work move forward concurrently: Website + Portal, Core Processes, Data + Directory, and Launch Readiness. |
4. The Launch | Publish the website, invite users, monitor activity, and manage the transition. |
What we do and what you do
Our team guides the process and completes the work included in your agreement. Your team provides the necessary information, reviews work, participates in training, validates the finished processes, and approves the final data and launch according to the agreed schedule. Meeting these commitments keeps the interconnected pieces of the project moving and protects the time needed for testing and a smooth launch.
