Get Your Team Ready to Launch
Training Lab builds your team's confidence so administrators can start working in JourneyCARE as soon as the account is ready. Starting training early gives you the widest choice of session dates, lets administrators repeat sessions, and provides practice time before anyone works in the real account.
Core training areas
Sessions rotate across four areas. Together they cover the skills your administrators need on launch day.
Training | Prepares your team to |
|---|---|
Website Editing | Update pages, images, navigation, events, and news content. |
Portal Management | Manage member-facing content, access, groups, and resources. |
Contacts + Communication | Work with records, fields, lists, email templates, and messages. |
Forms + Automations | Understand the forms and workflows that power core processes. |
What to expect from Training Lab
Each lab session is live, instructor-led training on one topic, followed by dedicated working time in a demo account. Sessions rotate across the four areas, and administrators may attend as often as needed.
How to sign up
Upcoming dates and times are listed at journeycare.app/training. The four core topics rotate, and each one is offered at least twice per month.
Send as many administrators as you like.
Complete the topics in any order.
Repeat any session for extra practice time.
Validating your build
Your team receives access to the JourneyCARE account as soon as the build work is complete. Review each process included in the implementation and confirm it follows the rules your team provided during the build sessions.
New ideas and desired improvements: make the adjustment with the support of Training Lab or Office Hours.
Deviations from what was agreed in a build session: report the discrepancy through Outlign so our team can address it.
