Configure shipping and delivery rates
Configure manual delivery charges in Sub-Account > Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery by grouping destinations into shipping zones and adding rates based on order price or item weight.
Set up a shipping zone
Use a shipping zone when a group of countries, states, or provinces shares the same delivery rules and rates.
Open Sub-Account > Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
Click Add Zone.
Enter a name for the zone.
Select the countries and relevant states or provinces that belong in the zone.
Click Add Rate to define a delivery charge for the zone.
Create additional zones when different regions need different delivery charges. A state or province assigned to one zone cannot be reused in another zone, so assign each state or province to only one zone.
Control what customers see at checkout
Checkout determines the available delivery options from the customer’s address and cart details, then sorts the available options from lowest to highest price.
The lowest-cost option is selected by default.
Free Shipping appears first and is selected by default when it is available.
When an address or cart update changes the available rates, checkout reapplies the sort order and default selection.
When only one option is available, checkout selects it automatically.
When multiple options have the same price, checkout keeps the provider order and selects the first option in that price group.
If a customer’s address is not covered by a custom zone, no rate is shown. Create a fallback zone for destinations that are not covered by your custom zones.
Restrict a zone by ZIP or postcode
Limit a zone to specific ZIP or postcodes when the zone should apply only to defined delivery areas.
Open Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
Open the General or Custom shipping profile.
Go to Shipping Zones, then create a zone or edit an existing zone.
Enable Limit Shipping to Specific ZIP/Postcodes.
Enter the ZIP or postcodes as comma-separated values.
Accepted formats include one code, multiple comma-separated codes, and a wildcard prefix such as 46*. The wildcard is allowed only at the end of an entry.
Duplicate or invalid values are blocked. A restricted zone cannot be saved without at least one valid ZIP or postcode, and the zone does not apply when the customer’s postcode does not match an entered value.
Add conditional pricing
Use conditional pricing when a zone needs different delivery charges based on the order price or the total item weight in the cart.
Open Sub-Account > Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
Under the relevant shipping zone, click Add Rate.
Enable Conditional Pricing.
Choose By Order Price or By Item Weight.
Define the Minimum value and, when needed, an optional Maximum value for the range.
Enter the rate amount, then click Add.
You can add multiple weight or price ranges within one zone. For instance, a price-based rule can provide free shipping for orders over $500, while a weight-based setup can apply free shipping at or above 10 kg and a $10 rate below 10 kg. These are configuration examples; they are not default rates.
Free shipping applies at the zone or condition level rather than to an individual product. To approximate product-specific free shipping, place those products in a dedicated zone and assign that zone a free rate.
Test the rates
Test checkout with different cart details and addresses after adding zones or conditional rates so you can confirm which delivery options appear.
Add products to a test order.
Go through checkout using different addresses.
Test cart details that exercise each configured price or weight range.
Group countries with similar delivery costs in one zone when they should share the same rates. Create a fallback zone when a custom zone does not cover every destination you serve.
