Add SEO titles and descriptions to products
Add SEO information to a product from its create or edit page so the product is easier to discover in search results. Open Payments > Products, then create a product or open an existing one and scroll to the Search Engine Listing section.
Add SEO information to a product
Enter the SEO title, description, and URL slug from the product's Search Engine Listing section when you want the product to appear in search results with the details you control.
Open Payments > Products.
Create a product or open an existing one.
Scroll to the Search Engine Listing section.
Enter the product's SEO information:
SEO title
Description
A custom slug — the product's Handle defines the product URL slug, such as
/product/my-course-name.
Save the product when you're done. The same SEO fields are covered in the full product workflow in Create and sell products.
When SEO information appears
SEO information applies only to products included in your online store, and the product's featured image is used as the SEO preview image.
SEO information is available only when the product's Include in Online Store toggle is enabled.
