Sell subscription-based services and recurring products in your store
You can sell subscription-based services and recurring products in a JourneyCARE ecommerce store and charge customers on a billing cycle. Give the product a recurring price first, enable it from Payments > Products, and save and publish the store pages afterward.
Before you start
The product must already have a recurring price before you can add it to the store.
Create and sell products explains how to configure recurring pricing: set the Type to Recurring, then choose the billing cycle, trial period, and setup fee as needed. If you have not created a store yet, see Set up an ecommerce online store.
Add a recurring product to your store
Enable the product from Payments > Products, then open the store in the page builder to confirm recurring support and customize its appearance.
Go to Payments > Products.
Edit the product or add a new one with a recurring price, then enable the Include in Online Store toggle.
Open the store in the page builder. The store now shows support for recurring products, and you can customize the pill colors and pill text colors as you like.
Save and publish the store pages
Recurring products are supported on the live store only after you save and publish all store pages from the page builder.
If the pages are not saved and published, the live site will look different from the builder.
