Only one-time products are included in the store. Recurring products can still be sold through funnels and order forms.
Set up an ecommerce online store
Set up an ecommerce online store by completing the Store Setup Wizard, adding products, and placing a Store element in a JourneyCARE website. The store creates its required shopping pages automatically, and you can manage orders, payments, and fulfillment from the Payments area.
Understand how the store works
A JourneyCARE store is created inside a website and includes the pages and checkout flow customers need to purchase products.
Stores can be configured only inside a website, not inside funnels.
Funnels can still sell products through order forms.
Only one-time products are included in the store. Recurring products can still be sold through funnels and order forms.
You can create multiple stores in one location.
Existing products are not automatically available in the store; you must enable their display toggle.
The store creates these pages automatically: Products List, Product Details, Cart, Checkout, and Thank You.
Checkout collects shipping information, email, and other details. It accepts coupon codes and supports card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Complete the Store Setup Wizard
Use the Store Setup Wizard to work through the store configuration steps, including shipping setup.
In JourneyCARE, go to Standard Site Options > Stores.
If the welcome modal appears, click Start Onboarding.
Complete the setup steps using each step's call to action and linked help documentation.
Configure at least one shipping rate before treating the Setup Shipping step as complete.
After all steps are complete, click Setup Completed.
You can complete the steps in any order, skip a step, and return to it later. The welcome modal appears once for new users or users who have not completed setup.
A checked step remains checked even if you undo the setup. After all steps are complete, Setup Completed remains visible for 3 days and then disappears.
Add products to the store
Configure store products from Payments > Products, then enable the display toggle for each product you want to show in the store.
Go to Payments > Products.
Configure the product's name, description, images or videos, pricing, and variants.
Use the product display toggle to make the product available in the store.
Product descriptions support rich text formatting, alignment, bold, italics, bulleted lists, and tables. You can add multiple images and videos.
Variants can include size, color, and material. Variants can have variant-specific pricing and image mapping; when a mapped image is available, it becomes active when the customer selects that variant.
Create the store from the Website Builder
Add the first Store element or pre-built Store section to a website page to create the store and its required pages.
Open the JourneyCARE website editor.
Open Website Builder and click Add element.
Drag a Store element onto the page, such as Cart, Collections List, or Featured Products. You can also drag a pre-built Store section onto the page.
In the import modal, choose Add Store to create the store and import the selected design settings, or choose Skip to create the store without importing the current page theme settings.
The first Store element or pre-built Store section triggers store creation, and the store and required pages are created automatically. Later Store elements are normal page components, and imported sections appear below the Store element.
Customize the store's pages and FAQs
Use the website editor to work with the store pages and edit FAQ content.
The store pages created automatically are Products List, Product Details, Cart, Checkout, and Thank You. Product titles wrap across most purchase surfaces; Product List Page and Featured Products keep truncation.
To edit FAQ content, select the FAQ element in the website editor.
In the right-hand FAQ List panel, choose the question you want to edit.
To manage the store pages alongside the rest of your website, use the Pages panel in the website editor.
Track orders, payments, and fulfillment
Track orders in Payments > Orders, payments in Payments > Transactions, and refunds in the same Payments area.
Open Payments > Orders to track orders.
Open Payments > Transactions to track payments.
Use the Payments area to process refunds when needed.
For an order that is ready to ship, record its tracking number, provider, tracking URL, fulfillment date, and fulfilled item count as applicable.
Orders start as unfulfilled. Fulfillment information can include the tracking number, provider, tracking URL, fulfillment date, and fulfilled item count.
Online stores support sales receipts, the Order Submitted trigger, the Shopping Cart email-builder element, the Payments received trigger, and coupon codes.
Delete a store
Delete a store from Sites > Stores when you no longer need that store; deleting it removes only the store-related pages.
Go to Sites > Stores.
Open the store's three-dot menu or open Store Settings.
Select Delete Store.
Type
DELETE, then click Delete.
Deleting a store removes only the Products List, Product Details, Cart, Checkout, and Thank You pages. Your main website pages remain. Delete Website is a separate action.
