Change your Stripe notifications

Change which email notifications Stripe sends you from your own Stripe account settings. Each authorized team member sets their own notification preferences, and no one else can change them for you.

Open your Stripe notification settings

You need to be logged in to your own authorized Stripe account to change your notifications.

1. Log in to Stripe.

2. Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen to open Settings.

3. Click Communication Preferences.

Choose the notifications you want to receive. Your changes apply only to your account, so each authorized team member must update their own preferences.
