Download event registration details
Event registration data lives in two places: Form Submissions holds the registration answers, including custom question responses, while the Orders and Transactions exports hold the financial records. Use the table below to find the right export for what you need.
What you need | Where to get it |
|---|---|
Registration answers, including custom question responses | Event Ticketing (Beta): |
Money and order records: totals, payment method, discounts, taxes, processing charges | Orders export: Payments → Orders → Download |
Transaction-level payment and refund details, including the payment provider | Transactions export: Payments → Transactions (Download icon) |
Event Ticketing Registrations (Beta)
You can export a CSV of registrants directly from any event, including any custom fields collected during the registration process. On the Registrations page, click the 3 dot icon next to the Add Attendee button, choose Export CSV from the dropdown.
Form submissions: registration answers (Legacy)
Form Submissions is where registration answers live, including the responses to custom questions on your registration form. Each submission record contains contact details, the form responses, payment details when applicable, and page metadata such as URL, medium, source, referrer, and timezone.
The form-submission record is the authoritative place to review the original answers: contact fields only hold the values the form wrote back to the contact. Custom fields used on the form can also appear on the contact's Contact Details page.
Go to Sites → Forms and open the form.
Select Submissions.
Use the date filter to narrow the results if needed.
Export the submissions.
Orders export: money and order data
The Orders export records the money side of registrations. The CSV includes customer details, payment method, totals, discounts, coupon code, status, source, product line items, taxes, address fields, and processing-charge fields.
Go to Payments → Orders.
Apply filters such as order status, date range, source type, and product type.
Click Download.
Open the email and download the file from the link.
The download link is emailed to you and expires after 7 days. The export can include unpaid or abandoned orders unless you filter them out.
Transactions export: payment and refund details
The Transactions export contains transaction, refund, line-item, tax, processing-charge, and payment-provider details. It is the record to use when you need refund status or the payment provider behind a charge.
Go to Payments → Transactions.
Apply filters such as date range, payment status, and source type.
Click the Download icon.
Open the email and download the file from the link.
The download link is emailed to you and expires after 7 days. A single transaction can occupy multiple rows when it has several line items or taxes, so group by Internal transaction id when you aggregate totals; the extra rows are not duplicate transactions.
