Sales pipelines and activity tracking
Membership and sponsorship pipelines
JourneyCARE supports separate membership and sponsorship pipelines with stages you define. Opportunities are managed in pipelines, which are series of consecutive stages you can customize to match your sales process. Documented example stages include Prospecting, Qualification, Proposal, and Negotiation, and every opportunity carries one of four statuses: Open, Won, Lost, and Abandoned.
The JourneyCARE features page states that we offer unlimited pipelines, customizable stages, stage-triggered actions, and conversion tracking, including pipelines for prospective members and sponsors. Because pipelines are unlimited, you can maintain one pipeline for membership and a separate pipeline for sponsorship. For how opportunities work in practice, see Understanding Opportunities.
Pipeline reporting
Opportunities can be filtered by owner, followers, status, source, campaign type, value, custom fields, and tags, plus date fields such as Last Stage Change Date, Last Status Change Date, Opportunity Won On, and Opportunity Lost On. Filters combine with AND or OR logic, so you can narrow a pipeline view to, for example, a specific owner's Open opportunities or all recently won deals. See Filter Opportunities for the full filter list and how to apply it.
Sponsor pipelines can be customized by category and stages, allowing for proposals, next steps, and outcomes to be easily captured as structured data rather than free-text notes.
Outreach and follow-up tracking
Tasks can be attached to both contacts and opportunities, with titles, descriptions, due dates, recurrence, and assignees, so follow-up steps live on the record they belong to. See Manage tasks on contacts and opportunities.
Email integrates through two-way email sync for Gmail and for Outlook, which keeps one-to-one email you send and receive synchronized between JourneyCARE and your inbox. See Connect Gmail for two-way email sync and Connect Outlook for two-way email sync. Contact records keep a communication history.
Emails, texts, scheduled appointments that occur through JourneyCARE are automatically recorded. Activities that happen outside of JourneyCARE can be manually logged.
Need for a separate CRM
JourneyCARE provides robust pipeline capabilities, so an organization is unlikely to need any separate software to track sales opportunities. The pipeline feature is fully integrated with other JourneyCARE functionality.
