Scan business cards with Lead Connector

Use the Lead Connector mobile app to scan a physical business card, review the extracted contact details, and save the contact with optional tags and card-file storage.

Before you start

The AI Business Card Scanner is available only in the Lead Connector mobile app, and the app must have access to your device camera.

Scan and save a business card

Start from Contacts or Quick Actions, then review the scan before saving the new contact.

1. Open the Lead Connector mobile app.

2. Go to Contacts, or open Quick Actions and choose Add Contact.

3. Tap Scan Business Card.

4. Use your phone camera to capture the front of the business card.

5. Optionally scan the back of the card to capture additional details.

6. Add or select tags for the contact.

7. Review the extracted details. Lead Connector can extract the name, phone number, email address, company name, and designation or website when available. Scans achieve over 98% accuracy.

8. Optionally turn on Save to Media Storage to save the scanned card image.

9. Optionally turn on Add to Files & Folders to add the image to Files & Folders.

10. If the extracted details need correction, tap Refine with AI to reprocess the scan.

11. Tap Save Contact.

Usage and pricing

Each sub-account includes 50 free AI scans or refinements per day; additional scans beyond that allowance cost $0.02 per scan.
