Using the LeadConnector app
LeadConnector is a FREE app that gives JourneyCARE administrators access to many of the tools they use every day, right from their phone or tablet. Whether you're away from your desk, attending a conference, traveling, or simply responding after hours, the app helps you stay connected to your members and keep work moving.
The app is available for both iOS and Android and uses the same login credentials as your JourneyCARE account.
What Can You Do with the LeadConnector App?
While the desktop version of JourneyCARE offers the complete administrative experience, the mobile app includes many of the features administrators use most frequently.
Manage Conversations
One of the most popular uses for the app is keeping up with member communications.
Using the Conversations area, you can:
Read incoming text messages, emails, Facebook Messenger messages, live chat messages, and other supported communication channels
Reply directly from your phone
Send new messages to contacts
View the complete conversation history
Receive push notifications when new messages arrive (if enabled on your device)
This makes it easy to respond quickly, even when you're out of the office.
Look Up Contact Information
Need to find a member's phone number while attending an event? Looking up a sponsor's email before a meeting?
The Contacts section allows you to:
Search for contacts
View contact details
See tags and custom field information
Review notes and activities
View payment history and other recent interactions
Update contact information when needed
You can also quickly call, text, or email a contact with a single tap.
Take Payments
If your organization collects payments in person, the mobile app can be especially helpful.
Depending on your JourneyCARE configuration, you may be able to:
Collect payments
Generate payment links
Review invoices
View payment history
This is useful for memberships, event registrations, sponsorships, donations, or other transactions while you're meeting with members.
Stay on Top of Tasks
The app allows you to:
View assigned tasks
Create new tasks
Mark tasks complete
Assign tasks to team members (when permissions allow)
This is especially useful for following up on member requests while you're away from your computer.
Access Opportunities
Organizations that use Pipelines can:
View opportunities
Update opportunity stages
Review pipeline information
This allows sales, membership, or sponsorship teams to keep opportunities moving throughout the day.
Make and Receive Calls
If your organization uses JourneyCARE's phone system, the app allows you to make and receive business calls while maintaining your organization's phone presence.
During calls, you can also:
View the contact record
Take notes
Create follow-up tasks
Schedule appointments
Review payments
Transfer calls (if configured)
View Notifications
Receive notifications for important activity, including:
New messages
Assigned tasks
Appointments
Other activity based on your notification settings
New Mobile Experience
HighLevel continues to invest heavily in the mobile experience, and recent updates have introduced a faster, more modern interface with several productivity improvements.
Recent enhancements include:
Faster performance
Universal search across contacts, conversations, and opportunities
A redesigned home screen with quick actions
Improved navigation
Optional dark mode
AI-powered assistance for supported accounts
As the platform continues to evolve, additional desktop features are regularly added to the mobile app.
When Should You Use the Mobile App?
The LeadConnector app is ideal when you need to:
Respond to members while away from your desk
Look up contact information during meetings or events
Take payments on-site
Return calls quickly
Keep up with conversations after hours
Check your schedule while traveling
Complete quick administrative tasks without opening your laptop
Keep in Mind
The mobile app is designed to complement the desktop experience, not replace it.
For larger administrative tasks such as building automations, editing websites, creating forms, configuring workflows, or making major system changes, you'll still want to use the full JourneyCARE desktop application.
Think of LeadConnector as your "take JourneyCARE with you" companion, giving you quick access to the information and actions you need most while you're on the go.
