Use media controls in Lead Connector
Control supported media playback in Lead Connector from your device’s notification tray after you start playback in the app.
Before you start
Update Lead Connector to version 26.03.210 or later before using notification-tray media controls.
iOS: version 26.03.210 or later
Android: version 26.03.210 or later
Use media controls from the notification tray
Start playback inside Lead Connector first; the device can then show controls for supported media in the notification tray.
Update Lead Connector to version 26.03.210 or later.
Open Lead Connector on your iOS or Android device.
Navigate to supported media, such as a course, membership, or another media-enabled area.
Start playing the media inside Lead Connector.
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the device notification tray.
Use the available media controls to pause, resume, or skip playback.
Return to Lead Connector when you want to interact with the content directly.
If media controls do not appear
Check the app version, playback state, media support, notification settings, and device restrictions when the notification tray does not show media controls.
Confirm that Lead Connector is updated to version 26.03.210 or later.
Start playback inside Lead Connector before opening the notification tray.
Confirm that the media type supports notification-tray controls.
Make sure mobile notifications are enabled for Lead Connector.
Check whether background-playback or battery restrictions are enabled on the device.
Close and reopen Lead Connector, then start playback again.
Restart the device if the controls still do not appear.
