Diagnose notification problems in the mobile app
Use the notification diagnosis in the JourneyCARE mobile app (version 4.25.0 or higher) to find out why notifications are not arriving on your phone. In one tap it checks your network connection, notification permission, sound settings, and test delivery, then tells you what to change.
Run the diagnosis
Open Settings and tap Diagnose Notifications.
Tap Start Diagnosis. The app runs four checks: Network, Notifications, Sound, and Test delivery. Each check shows a pass or a needs-attention result.
When the test notification arrives on your phone, tap Received. If it doesn't arrive, tap Didn't receive, or tap Resend to try again.
Fix what the diagnosis flags
Every failed check tells you what to change, such as your Wi-Fi connection, your notification permission, or your ringer and Focus mode. Fix the item, then tap Run diagnosis again to re-check.
Send the report to support
If every check passes and the test notification still doesn't arrive, the problem is on our side to fix. Tap Copy report, then paste the results into your support ticket so our team can see what was tested.
