Using the GoKollab app

Kollab by LeadConnector is a free mobile app that gives your members access to JourneyCARE Portal content on iPhone and Android, including Communities, Courses, Events, and Chats.

It is important to know that GoKollab is not a JourneyCARE-specific product. The app is used by 100,000+ online communities and serves more than 4 million members. There are no options to customize the Kollab interface. The JourneyCARE portal integration is available simply as a courtesy for those organizations that wish to provide an app experience that is budget-friendly (free).

Group features

Kollab lets members participate in groups and collaborate through community activity.

  • Join and switch between groups.

  • Participate in polls in community posts.

  • Network and collaborate with other members.

  • See a refreshed home feed with updated post layouts and full-size images.

Learning features

Kollab supports mobile learning through courses, video and text-based lessons, quizzes, and tests.

  • Open courses and lessons from your mobile device.

  • Watch video lessons and read text-based lessons.

  • Complete quizzes and tests.

  • View course announcements from instructors.

  • Stream course content with a mini player.

  • Share course-completion milestones.

Profiles and notifications

Kollab includes detailed user profiles and notifications for important activity.

  • View detailed user profiles.

  • Receive notifications about important activities.

  • Choose which notifications you receive.

Open Settings > Notifications inside the app to select which alert categories you want to receive.

Kollab includes mobile features that help you move between shared content and the app.

  • Use the Discover experience to find available content.

  • Open shared links directly in the app.

  • Use smoother navigation between courses and communities.

Download and sign in

Download Kollab by LeadConnector from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

  1. Search for Kollab by LeadConnector in the app store.

  2. Sign in with the same email and password (or OTP) you use for your JourneyCARE Community group, Course, or Client Portal.

  3. If you belong to multiple domains, choose the domain you want to enter.

  4. Allow push notifications when prompted.

  5. Open Settings > Notifications to choose which alert types you receive.

  6. Navigate with the bottom tabs to reach Courses, Communities, Events, and Chats.

You need access to at least one Community, Course, or Client Portal to use the app. If you have the legacy Kollab app, delete it and install the current version, which is distributed as a separate package.

All actions—posts, comments, and course progress—sync instantly with your web workspace.

Upcoming features

Planned roadmap items include a Unified Feed, Kollab Marketplace, Mobile GoLive streaming, Deep Linking, richer post editing, and branded Client Portal apps.

Kollab provides mobile access to protected JourneyCARE content; public website pages remain separate from portal content. Read the difference between your website and your portal to understand where member-only resources and private learning content are managed.
