Email campaign sender settings
Send every email campaign from your organization's Account Name and Account Email. These values give your messages the best deliverability results, and they come straight from your JourneyCARE account configuration. Don't replace them with a personal Gmail or other inbox address, and don't swap in a sponsor's email. For the full campaign workflow, start with Email overview.
Use your Account Name and Account Email
Set the campaign sender to your organization's Account Name and Account Email. These are your account's configured name and email (Account → Name and Account → Email), and they're used across your messages.
On the campaign send screen, the sender fields are labeled Sender Name, Sender domain, and Sender Email, alongside Subject Line, Recipients, Link Tracking, UTM Tracking, and Tags. Set them like this:
Sender Name — your Account Name
Sender domain — your organization's own domain
Sender Email — your Account Email
Sender Preferences in the email builder use the labels From Name, From Email, Reply-To, and Test Recipient(s). These values auto-fill new marketing campaigns and test sends, and you can override them for an individual send.
When the sender is set, follow Send or schedule an email campaign to finish the send.
Don't use Gmail or other personal addresses
Never set the sender to a Gmail, Yahoo, or other personal inbox address. Use only your organization's own domain.
A From address at gmail.com, yahoo.com, or another inbox provider's domain fails DMARC alignment when sent through a third-party platform. Receiving email providers may reject the message or reduce its deliverability.
Sending on behalf of a sponsor
When a campaign is sent on behalf of a sponsor, keep your organization's Account Email as the sender. Don't replace it with the sponsor's email address.
Acknowledge the sponsor in the email content instead, and keep the sender on your organization's email so the message stays properly authenticated.
