Send a simple email
When you need a quick note to one contact or a small group, send a simple email from Conversations, a contact record, or a Smart List instead of building a campaign in the Email Builder.
Use this path for short messages such as a note to board members. For designed, list-based sends, use the Email Builder.
Where you can send a simple email
You can compose and send a simple message from any of these places:
Conversations — open the shared inbox and message a contact from the conversation view. See Find and open your conversations for inbox layout, scheduling, and CC/BCC fields.
Contact record — open the contact and send email from their record.
Smart List — open a Smart List and send email from that list view.
