Email delivery methods
There are four ways to send an email from the Marketing area: Send Now, Schedule, Batch Schedule, and RSS Schedule.
Send Now
Sends to your designated recipients all at once after you choose Send.
Schedule
Sends to your designated recipients all at once at a specific date and time, based on your account time zone.
Batch Schedule
Sends to your designated recipients in smaller batches, starting at a specific date and time based on your account time zone.
For example, if there are 1,000 contacts and the batch quantity is set to 100 every 5 minutes, JourneyCARE delivers 10 batches of 100 emails each, spaced 5 minutes apart.
Batch sending suits larger email lists and can improve deliverability by reducing the number of emails sent at once.
RSS Schedule
Sends at a scheduled date and time based on your account time zone, with updates from an RSS feed such as new blog posts or product updates.

Delivery windows
Delivery windows restrict when emails may be sent. Most organizations do not need to modify these settings — unless you have a specific reason to limit sending times, leave the default delivery window unchanged.
