Edit images in the Media Library
Edit PNG and JPEG images directly in the Media Library on a computer — no download or external application needed. The built-in editor opens from Media Storage, and each edited image is saved as a new file so your original stays unchanged.
Open the image editor
Open the editor from Media Storage, or from a module that uses media. The editor is available on desktop only.
Open Media Storage, or open a module such as Social Planner and click Upload from Media Storage.
Hover over the image you want to edit.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Click Edit.
Edit the image
The editor offers these tools:
Crop — custom aspect ratio or preset aspect ratios.
Flip — Horizontally or Vertically.
Filters — a range of filter options.
Adjustments — Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, and Blur.
Text — Font Family, Font Size, Alignment, Font Color, Background color, and Line Spacing.
Stickers — Emojis and Shapes, with Opacity and Color controls.
Brush — Hardness, Size, and Color.
Undo and Redo to move backward or forward through edits.
Save the edited image
Save the edited image as a new file in the Media Library.
Click Save.
Name the image.
Optionally choose Save to Folder.
Click Save again.
The edited image is stored in the Media Library as a new image. The original file is not modified.
