Set inventory for your products
Inventory is set per product variant from Payments > Products > Inventory, and it applies to every product you sell — through forms, invoices, payment links, contracts, order forms, or your online store — not just ecommerce.
Where inventory applies
Stock levels are managed on the product record, and the same product record is what every sales channel uses. Products are sold through:
Forms and order forms. Products are created first and then added to forms so people can register and pay, such as event registration products. See Event Registrations with Forms.
Invoices. Invoice items are added from the product catalog, with a variant and quantity chosen per line. See Create and manage invoices in Lead Connector.
Payment links. A payment link is a hosted checkout for one or more products. See Supported payment providers and methods by product area.
Contracts. The Product List element adds products to a contract, with direct payment or an invoice after signing. See Create and send a contract.
Online store and order forms. Storefront products are sold through your ecommerce store, and funnels and websites can sell products through order forms. See Set up an ecommerce online store.
Set or update inventory
Update stock for any product from the Inventory page, regardless of which channel sells it.
Open Payments, open the Products dropdown, and select Inventory.
Find the variant to update by SKU, product name, or variant name.
Enter the new number in the Available quantity column.
Click Save to apply the changes, or Cancel to discard them. Save or cancel before leaving the page; unsaved changes block navigation.
Turn on Continue selling when out of stock in the variant's row to keep selling that variant after its available quantity reaches zero. For the full walkthrough, including searching the list and variant behavior, see Manage product inventory.
