QR code bulk actions, renaming, and copy link
You can manage QR codes straight from the QR Codes list without opening each one: multi-select codes to download, move, or delete them in bulk, rename codes and folders inline, and copy a single code's link with one click. All of these actions live under Standard Site Options > QR Codes.
Enable multi-select
Turning on selection shows checkboxes on every QR-code card and brings up the bulk-action toolbar.
From the dashboard, go to Standard Site Options, then select QR Codes.
Select Select in the top-right corner. Checkboxes appear on each QR-code card.
Check the QR codes you want to manage. A counter such as 3 Selected appears, and the bulk-action icons (Download, Move to Folder, Delete) show in the top-right toolbar. Select individual cards, or select all visible codes at once.
Download in bulk
Export several QR codes at once as PNG, SVG, or PDF. Large batches arrive as ZIP files.
With the codes selected, choose Download from the bulk toolbar.
Pick PNG, SVG, or PDF. PNG suits websites and email, SVG suits scalable designs, and PDF suits print.
Confirm the download in the pop-up.
If a requested format is not available for a QR code, the dialog offers alternative formats to choose from. Some older QR codes show the message SVG Format Not Available; choose PNG or PDF for those. Large batches are delivered as ZIP files, and very large batches may be split into multiple ZIP files. If you encounter a limit, reduce the selection and repeat.
Move QR codes to a folder
Keep your library organized by moving several QR codes into a folder at once.
Select the QR codes you want to move.
Select the Move to Folder icon in the bulk toolbar.
Choose a destination folder from the dropdown.
Select Move.
Delete QR codes in bulk
Remove unwanted QR codes in one pass. Bulk deletion is permanent, so download anything you might need first.
Select the QR codes you want to delete.
Select the Delete icon in the bulk toolbar.
Review the confirmation.
Select Delete to proceed.
Bulk delete is irreversible. Download any QR codes you might need before deleting them.
Rename a QR code
Rename a code directly from the list, without leaving the page.
Hover over a QR-code card.
Select the three-dot (⋯) menu.
Select Rename.
Enter the new name.
Select Save.
Copy a QR-code link
Copy a direct link to a QR code so you can share it in emails, docs, or print workflows without downloading the image.
Hover over a QR-code card.
Select the three-dot (⋯) menu.
Select Copy Link.
Manage folders
Folders have their own three-dot (⋯) menu with download, rename, and delete actions that apply to everything inside.
Download exports all QR codes in the folder as an asynchronous ZIP export.
Rename changes the folder name.
Delete removes all QR codes in the folder.
