Post on TikTok from Social Planner
Publish or schedule TikTok videos from Marketing > Social Planner by creating a new post, selecting the TikTok account, adding the content and settings, and choosing a publishing option.
Before you start
Connect the TikTok account before you create the post. Follow Set up Social Planner and connect social accounts to connect a TikTok Personal Account or Business Account; this article covers posting after the account is connected.
Create a TikTok post
Start the TikTok publishing workflow from the Social Planner new-post composer.
Open Marketing > Social Planner.
Select + New Post.
In Post To, select the TikTok account.
Add the post content and configure the available settings.
Choose how to publish the post
Select Post after configuring the post, then choose one of the available publishing options.
Post Now
Schedule Post
Send Post for Approval
Schedule Recurring Posts
Add to Queue
Manage TikTok comments
TikTok comments are not managed inside Social Planner.
Resolve a failed TikTok post
A TikTok post can fail when the TikTok profile is disconnected, permissions have expired, or the video specifications are not met.
Reconnect the TikTok profile when the profile is disconnected or its permissions have expired.
Re-export the video when it does not meet the video specifications.
Reschedule the post after reconnecting the profile or re-exporting the video.
