Email marketing, Mailchimp and social media

Bringing Mailchimp campaign data back into JourneyCARE is covered in Mailchimp.
Native marketing alongside Mailchimp
JourneyCARE includes its own email marketing tools at Marketing > Emails, covering building, sending, testing, scheduling, and reporting.
The Email Builder designs campaign content from reusable templates, and you can preview a message or send a test before delivering it to the full recipient list. Campaigns support four delivery methods:
Send Now sends to all designated recipients at once.
Schedule sends to all designated recipients at a specified date and time in the account time zone.
Batch Schedule sends to designated recipients in smaller batches beginning at a specified date and time.
RSS Schedule sends on a schedule built from an RSS feed's updates.
Recipients are selected from Tags, Contacts, Smart Lists, and Segments, combined with AND/OR conditions. Smart Lists are evaluated at send time, so a list picks up membership changes made after the campaign was built. The Email overview covers the full campaign workflow.
Campaign statistics cover delivery, opens, and clicks, with detailed per-contact results showing statuses such as opened, clicked, and failed. Open Email Campaigns > Actions > Statistics for one campaign, or the aggregate Statistics page for all emails together; Check email statistics walks through both paths.
Unsubscribes and bounces are handled natively. When an email bounces or a contact unsubscribes, the contact is automatically marked Email DND (do not disturb) for the email channel, and the Email DND filter can be used in Smart List filters to review or exclude those contacts. Create a Smart List of contacts who bounced or unsubscribed shows the filter workflow.
Social media workflow
The Social Planner at Marketing > Social Planner plans, creates, schedules, and publishes social posts. It connects Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, and Bluesky, with platform-specific limitations for each network. X is not available: the X integration was disabled on December 4, 2024, so it does not appear among the connectable networks. Set up Social Planner and connect social accounts walks through connecting each network.
Post statistics live under Marketing > Social Planner > Statistics in one cross-platform dashboard. Analytics are typically updated in real time, use a weekly time range, and cannot currently be exported. Metric availability varies by platform; Track social performance with advanced analytics lists which metrics each network reports.
